If you or the guest you’re booking for leaves an item behind in the vehicle after their ride, the chauffeur may contact the guest directly to arrange to return it or you will receive an e-mail from Nova Transfers to find a solution to this situation

If you have not yet been contacted about your lost item, contact us trough with details about your transfer:
