Cancelation Policy and Refunds

We allow a refund if informed of your cancellation 24 hours or more prior to your requested transfer.

Notice

The amount of days for your refund to reach your bank account can take several days depending on your financial institution.

When canceling your transfer journey you are able to choose from the following:

 

  • Rescheduling Voucher: We can provide a voucher with a code, matching the same value of your previous transfer to use in the same or in a differente destination that we provide. This Voucher will be valid for 1 year since since issued. It will be sent to your e-mail upon cancelation of your transfer.

 

  • Refund:  When requesting for a refund, please note that there will be a 10% Cancelation fee. The refund will take 3 to 5 business days to be processed.

Notice

Once proccessed, your refund will be indentified as Travel Response Lda. It can be displayed with a diferent name variaton depending on the financial institution.

When informed of your cancelation we will send an e-mail confirming your decision and prompltly  issue your respective refund along with confirmation from the financial institution that the refund was made.

Please send us an e-mail trough info@trtransfers.pt providing us with your booking number.
